Squats Gym is an amazing place to train—great equipment, good amount of space, and a friendly atmosphere. The real game-changer has been working with one of their PTs, Andrew, who’s helped me make progress, refine my form, and I've been really proud with how much stronger I feel.

I've had such a positive and empowering experience training with Steve over the past three months.
I have EDS and struggle with hypermobility, poor proprioception, pain, and fatigue - which usually make exercise feel daunting. Steve has helped remove some barriers I've faced elsewhere.
He's incredibly attentive to form, gives clear, tailored cues I can follow, and makes sure I don’t overextend or push beyond what's sustainable. He adapts exercises thoughtfully, talks openly and without judgment about my condition, and clearly takes time to understand it.
On top of that he's a kind, fun, down-to-earth person who's created a genuinely warm and welcoming culture here. He introduces people, and everyone I’ve met has been open and friendly. Even as a beginner, I’ve felt completely at home.
Thanks to his support, I’ve noticed less fatigue and better joint stability - fewer subluxations and more trust in my body. I'm really grateful to Steve and all the lovely people at Squats gym.

Great gym in great location.Trained there years ago and I was very happy.Well equipped gym ,great atmosphere, you see people are coming to actually train not just scroll facebook in-between of doing 2 hours of leg extensions.Also good cardio area and a punching bag.Generally outstanding gym.
