Wait, what exactly is HIIT?

HIIT stands for ‘High Intensity Interval Training’.
This means that your class will include short and intense bursts of exercise, with rest periods in between. For example, you might do 45 seconds of an activity, then 15 seconds of rest before the next 45 seconds begins. Simple, right? But definitely not easy! Because of its intensive style, the results from HIIT can be sensational. Research shows you increase your chances of seeing weight loss, increased metabolism, and stronger muscles by doing HIIT style workouts several times a week.

Our expert instructors are dedicated to delivering excellence with every class. They’ll guide and motivate you through a series of exercises to get your heart pumping and your muscles working. We’ll also get the speakers going to guarantee that the perfect motivational soundtrack to see you through your sweat sesh!

Our HIIT-style circuit classes are designed for small groups of up to 5 people.

We think this is the perfect size! Working out with other people is proven to boost motivation and enhance results. And with a small group, you get this benefit without becoming lost in a crowd. Your instructor will be able to give you plenty of personalised support and advice.

We’ve spread classes across different days and times, so there’s a session to suit any schedule.

You can join one of our exciting HIIT classes at the following times:

  • Monday – 7:00am and 7:30 pm
  • Thursday – 7:00 am
  • Friday – 7:30 am

We endeavour to make our classes as affordable as possible. A single class is just £10.
We also offer a bundle where your fifth class will be FREE! That’s 5 classes for just £40.
